I didn't realize that they were building this.
It won't be finished for another three and a half years.

There was a show on the Discovery Channel about this last night.
Can you imagine being the project manager(s), having to cover essentially two projects on opposite sides of the river?
That's the show that I saw.
I am sure that it is a lot easier nowadays with Cell phones and the like, compared to what they had to do back in the 30's building the original dam.
But still, what an awesome undertaking.
